How much are your cookies?
Cookies start at $48 per dozen for basic designs. Pricing will increase based on design complexity, the number of colors used, and size. Standard sized cookies are typically 3.5-4 inches.
Cookies will be packaged in individual heat-sealed cellophane bags for freshness. If you’d like your cookies packaged as favors with a coordinating bow, there will be an additional charge of $4 per dozen.
Each dozen may have an assortment of basic, detailed and/or elaborate designs, up to 4 designs.
Basic: 1-3 icing colors, simple text/ details
Detailed: 4-6 icing colors, longer text/phrases, piped florals/details
Elaborate: 7+ colors of icing, intricately piped details/techniques, and/or hand-painted metallics or accents
How long do your cookie last?
the cookies are BEST when eaten within 7-10 days, but will remain tasty for weeks if packaged in an airtight container. You can also freeze the cookies in their bags to be thawed and eaten up to 3 months later.
Where are your cookies prepared?
At present, I am a home-based business. My delicious cookies are baked and decorated in my State Inspected/Approved private kitchen in Indian Trail, NC.
Are your cookies allergy-friendly?
Please note that my cookies do not contain nuts, but are made in a kitchen containing known food allergens, including, but not limited to: wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
How far in advance should I order?
As early as possible! I require a minimum three week lead time on all orders, but often book orders months in advance. Because I bake to order, and often have multiple orders at a time, its best to book early to avoid disappointment.
How do I book an order?
Please submit an inquiry on the "Request a Quote" tab providing all the details of your request. I will review your inquiry and contact you with additional questions. Once the details are finalized, you will receive an invoice via PayPal for your order total. This invoice MUST be paid in full before your order will be scheduled/started.
Any changes or cancellations to your order MUST be made at least two weeks prior to the event/pickup date listed on your invoice. No refunds will be issued for changes or cancellations within two weeks of your event/pick-up date. If you decide you'd like to cancel your order more than two weeks prior to your date, you may receive a refund for 50% of your invoice.
What forms of payment do you accept?
PayPal is the preferred method for all transactions. You may pay via checking account or credit card within the PayPal website. I also accept Venmo.
Do you offer delivery/ Do you ship your cookies?
All cookie orders are available for scheduled pick up at my home. Delivery may be available for an additional fee- please request a quote.
As an NC State Approved Home Processor, I am not allowed to Ship my cookies.
